The terms that apply when you use this website or work with us.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. About us
This website is operated by HILYA LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16598051), registered office: Office 1994, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom.
2. Proposals and agreements
Package prices on this website are starting prices and do not form an offer. Each project is governed by a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is paid.
3. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work starts and the balance before launch or handover. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in good time, and confirm you have the rights to any material you supply. Delays in feedback may affect delivery dates.
5. Revisions and changes
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional changes or new features outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final designs, code and content created specifically for you transfers to you. Third-party items such as fonts, themes, plugins and stock images remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, apps and advertising platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees or policy changes.
8. Liability
We take great care in our work but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales or advertising results. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
