How do we start a project?
Send us a short message through the contact form or WhatsApp. We will book a free call, understand your goals and send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We are a UK-registered company and work with clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
What do you need from me?
Your goals, any existing brand assets and content, and a single point of contact who can give feedback.
Pricing & payments
Are the package prices fixed?
Package prices are starting points. Your final quote depends on content volume, integrations and timelines, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
How do payments work?
Most projects are split into a deposit to start and the balance at launch. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
Are there ongoing costs?
Domain, hosting and some apps or plugins carry renewal fees. We list them clearly in your proposal.
After launch
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. CMS projects include a training session and a short guide.
Do you offer maintenance?
We offer monthly care plans covering updates, backups, security monitoring and small changes.
Who owns the website?
You do. On final payment, all code, designs and content we created for you are handed over.
